A-1 Organics Amended Plus (Raised Bed Soil Mix)

Description

Amend Plus is a 50/50 blend of quality A1 Compost with Colorado screened topsoil.  Same great benefits as our amended topsoil with an increased nutrient value and contains populations of beneficial soil microorganisms.

A note from the vendor:   “Soil can become hydrophobic and needs to be culitivated with some water”  What this means is that if too dried out, the soil will crust over at the surface, causing water to pool and not be properly absorbed.  You may need to break up the soil’s surface with a trowel or hand cultivator, making sure the soil is well saturated during the process.
