HSA Bedrock LLC is looking for a customer service associate to join our strong team. We are looking for candidates for our Brighton Location. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.
Wage Range $17 – $19 per hour to start (based on prior experience and knowledge),
Must be available Monday – Friday 7:15 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 7:45 am to 6:00 pm and Sunday 8:45 am to 3:00 pm
- Greet customers and make them feel at home, determine needs and find solutions
- Maintain knowledge of available products and materials and our POS system QuickBooks
- Answer any questions the customers may have walk in and on the phone
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders, including those customers on wholesale pricing and those on account
- Enter orders and customer info in the computer, create and maintain opening/closing paperwork
- Schedule deliveries maximizing the use of our delivery equipment and personnel
- Must be able to fulfill yard laborer (able to lift at least 50 lbs) and loader operator duties (ability to learn heavy equipment operation) as needed
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
- As a customer service representative you are often the first person to be in contact with our customers. It is very important that you are courteous and professional to each and every customer and that you have a thorough understanding of construction techniques and materials.
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled employees or customers
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office products preferred
- Good communication skills with customers
